Renew Local
Renew Local develops, funds and manages sustainable energy solutions based on local energy networks for new and existing homes and other buildings, working in partnership with leading service providers, financial partners and developers and with local authorities, businesses, social landlords, community organisations and others.
We are progressing a range of projects which include:

Fife: 800 home project, mostly existing low rise homes under local authority and housing association management, with Council non-housing buildings: schools, swimming pool, library offices etc. Biomass CHP

Dundee: 50 home project, refurbished homes under housing association management: gas CHP

Aberdeen: 280 home project, new build homes mostly for sale: gas CHP

Glasgow: 1200 home project, mainly existing high and medium rise under housing association management, some new homes mostly for sale. CHP: fuel source under review
